Website support during a major transition
During the change of ownership, the restaurant needed to remain accessible and recognisable online. We updated the website's appearance to reflect the restaurant's standards and provided online support throughout the transition. The existing platform remained the foundation for ongoing support.
We also developed a fully automated gift voucher process, so website sales no longer needed additional manual handling. Alongside ongoing website maintenance and support, we set up and took over management of the email accounts.
