Personal data we process
When you sign up for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal data so we can deliver the service. The data is stored on Web and Brand's secure servers or those of a third party. We do not combine it with other personal data we hold.
We process the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Gender
- Address details
- Phone number
- Email address
- Other personal data you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence or by telephone
- Internet browser and device type
- Bank account number
Special categories and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and services are not intended to collect data about visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify visitors' ages. We recommend that parents take an active interest in their children's online activities to prevent personal data being collected without parental permission. If you believe we have collected a minor's personal data without that permission, please contact privacy@webandbrand.nl and we will delete it.
Why we process personal data and the lawful basis
Web and Brand processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing your payment
- Sending our newsletter and/or promotional material
- Calling or emailing you where necessary to provide our services
- Informing you about changes to our services and products
- Web and Brand analyses your behaviour on the website to improve it and tailor the products and services offered to your preferences.
- Web and Brand tracks your browsing behaviour across different websites to tailor its products and services to your needs.
No automated decision-making
Web and Brand does not make decisions based solely on automated processing about matters that could have significant effects on individuals.
How long we retain personal data
Web and Brand keeps your personal data no longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We use the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:

Sharing personal data with third parties
Web and Brand does not sell your data to third parties. It shares data only where necessary to perform our agreement with you or meet a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies processing your data on our behalf to maintain an equivalent level of security and confidentiality. Web and Brand remains responsible for that processing.
Cookies and similar technologies we use
Web and Brand uses technical and functional cookies, along with analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit a website. The cookies we use are needed for the website's technical operation and ease of use. They help the site work properly and remember preferences, for example. They also help us optimise the website. You can prevent cookies being stored through your browser settings and remove information already stored using those settings.
Leadinfo
We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognises business visits to our website through IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names and addresses. Leadinfo also places two first-party cookies to evaluate visitor behaviour on our website and processes domains entered into forms, such as “Leadinfo.com”, to associate IP addresses with businesses and improve its services. More information is available at www.leadinfo.com. You can opt out at https://www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out . If you opt out, Leadinfo will no longer record your data.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw any consent to processing, object to Web and Brand's processing of your data, and exercise your right to data portability. This means you can ask us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation you name.
You may send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, withdrawal of consent, or an objection to processing to privacy@webandbrand.nl.
To verify that an access request is yours, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document. To protect your privacy, black out your photograph, the MRZ (machine-readable zone at the bottom of a passport), passport number and Dutch citizen service number (BSN). We will respond as soon as possible and within four weeks.

How we secure personal data
Web and Brand takes the protection of your data seriously and uses appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes.
