We'll work out what you need, agree a direction and keep you involved as the work takes shape. It's a straightforward process for your brand, website or a better way of working.
We discuss what you want to achieve and review what you have: a website, identity, content or workflow. You explain the situation and what's getting in the way. Together, we decide what comes first.
Outcome: A clear question and priorities
We define what we'll make, the cost and the schedule. You know what to supply, who makes decisions and when we need feedback. If the question changes, we discuss the implications.
Outcome: Agreed scope, cost and schedule
We develop the content, design and technology included in the project. You see the work as it progresses and can respond before we move on. We keep you informed and agree who's responsible for each part.
Outcome: Developed work, reviewed together
We check and review the agreed work together. You receive the files, access and guidance included. Following approval, we can publish or launch. We agree who then handles maintenance, content and enquiries.
Outcome: Handover and arrangements for what follows
You need something made, or an existing situation improved. We agree what you'll receive and when the project is complete: a website, identity, content series or integration, for example.
After handover, you can carry on yourself. Later changes or additions can be discussed as follow-up work.
Some work keeps coming back: creating content, maintaining the site or improving functions. We agree which tasks we'll handle and how we'll stay in touch.
You choose what to do yourself and what to delegate. We discuss new requests and changing priorities together.
